These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Nanexi websites, software products, applications, features, and related services.

By accessing or using a Nanexi service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, you should not use the relevant service.

Additional terms, product-specific conditions, order forms, or written agreements may apply to particular services. Where applicable, those additional terms form part of the agreement governing that service.

Nanexi develops and provides artificial intelligence software, intelligent products, automation, software engineering, cloud, data, and related technology services.

Features, functionality, limits, availability, and service requirements may vary between products and may change as products are developed or improved.

Descriptions published on our website are intended to explain our services and products but do not create guarantees beyond any commitments expressly agreed in writing.

Some Nanexi products may require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless the activity results from circumstances for which you are not reasonably responsible.

You should notify Nanexi if you believe your account credentials have been compromised or your account is being accessed without authorization.

You may use Nanexi services only in accordance with applicable requirements and these terms.

You must not use the services to interfere with systems, gain unauthorized access, distribute malicious software, abuse infrastructure, violate the rights of others, or intentionally use the services for unlawful activity.

You must not attempt to bypass security controls, access restrictions, rate limits, authentication systems, or other technical protections unless Nanexi has expressly authorized such activity.

You retain responsibility for information, documents, prompts, files, data, instructions, and other material that you submit to Nanexi services.

You should only submit material that you have the right and authority to use and process.

You grant Nanexi the limited rights reasonably necessary to process submitted material for the purpose of operating, supporting, securing, and providing the requested service.

Some Nanexi services may use artificial intelligence, machine learning models, retrieval systems, automated workflows, or related technologies to produce suggestions, drafts, analysis, classifications, or other outputs.

AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, uncertain, or inappropriate for a particular purpose. Users should evaluate output before relying on it, especially where decisions may have significant consequences.

Where Nanexi provides evidence, grounding, validation, review controls, or confidence indicators, those features are intended to assist evaluation but do not eliminate the need for appropriate human judgment.

Nanexi and its licensors retain rights in the software, technology, designs, interfaces, trademarks, branding, documentation, and other materials that make up Nanexi services, except where rights are expressly granted otherwise.

These terms do not transfer ownership of Nanexi technology or intellectual property to users.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Nanexi technology except where permitted by applicable requirements, an applicable license, or written authorization.

Some Nanexi products may be offered free of charge, while others may require payment or a separate commercial agreement.

Pricing, plan limits, billing periods, usage rules, and included features may be described on the relevant pricing page, product interface, order form, or written agreement.

Where a paid service is introduced, applicable payment, renewal, cancellation, tax, and billing terms will be provided with the relevant offering.

Nanexi services may interact with third-party platforms, infrastructure, APIs, models, databases, hosting providers, authentication systems, or other external services.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms, policies, availability, and technical limitations.

Nanexi is not responsible for third-party services that are outside our control, although we may integrate them as part of delivering a Nanexi product or service.

We work to operate Nanexi services reliably, but continuous or uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, infrastructure issues, security events, third-party dependencies, technical failures, or other circumstances.

Nanexi may modify, improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary as products and technology evolve.

Nanexi services are provided subject to the terms applicable to the relevant product or engagement.

To the extent permitted by applicable requirements, Nanexi does not guarantee that every service, AI output, analysis, recommendation, generated response, or automated action will always be accurate, complete, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

Users remain responsible for evaluating whether outputs and services are appropriate for their particular use case.

To the extent permitted by applicable requirements, Nanexi will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from use of or inability to use a service where such liability may lawfully be limited.

The scope of any liability may also be governed by a separate written agreement, order form, statement of work, or commercial contract between Nanexi and the relevant customer.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

You may stop using Nanexi services at any time, subject to any additional contractual commitments that apply to a particular paid or commercial service.

Nanexi may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users or systems, investigate abuse, enforce applicable terms, comply with requirements, or address material misuse.

Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination may remain effective after access ends.

Nanexi may update these Terms of Service as our websites, products, services, commercial models, or requirements evolve.

Updated terms may be published on this page together with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of a service after updated terms become effective may constitute acceptance of those updated terms where permitted.
